How we collect, use and protect your information — and the terms for using this website.

Grow with Nav (“we”, “us”) is a team of licensed mortgage professionals based in Ontario, Canada. This policy covers the website www.growwithnav.com and the emails and calls that come from using it.

What you give us. When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers (for example, what kind of mortgage help you’re looking for). The same goes for booking a call, registering for a workshop, requesting a guide, joining the newsletter, or replying to one of our emails.
Collected automatically. We keep simple, anonymous statistics about how our forms are used — a random session number, the type of device, and which page sent you — so we can see where people get stuck and improve the site. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build advertising profiles, and we never sell your information to anyone.
Like almost every modern website, we rely on a small number of service providers, each used only for its job: Netlify (website hosting), Supabase (database), Calendly (scheduling), Zoom (workshops), Resend (email delivery), Follow Up Boss (client management), and Google Workspace (email). Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed outside Canada.
We only email you about things you asked for. Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out, and you can always just reply “unsubscribe” — a real person reads the replies. Transactional messages (like a confirmation of a call you booked) are sent as part of providing what you requested. This is how we comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
As long as we have an active relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as record-keeping laws for licensed mortgage professionals require. Anonymous statistics are kept indefinitely because they identify no one.
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to stop contacting you, or to delete it where the law allows. Inside the Home Plan, Delete my account removes your account and every number you saved straight away. For anything else, email admin@growwithnav.com and we’ll handle it.
Nothing on this website is a mortgage application. If you become a client, the application itself happens through our brokerage with its own consents and privacy documentation, which we’ll walk you through at that time.
The content on this site — including calculators, guides, and workshop materials — is general information, not financial, legal, or mortgage advice for your specific situation. Rates and rules change; figures shown are illustrations. Talk to us (or any licensed professional) before making decisions. We do our best to keep everything accurate but can’t guarantee the site will be error-free or always available.
